Art Effects to offer classes in North Dam

Art Effects, LLC Studio and Gallery is officially open in the North Dam Mill building in Biddeford. They offer fun art classes for all levels and all ages. Sign up now for painting or drawing classes. Beginners are welcome. Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9 to 12 and 1 to 4. We offer indoor and outdoor classes.
