Located along Main Street in downtown Biddeford, the Pepperell Mill Campus offers a unique urban location. Despite being in the heart of two downtown areas the campus is highly accessible. The Pepperell Mill Campus is served by two exits off of I-95, one accessed from the north and one from the south. The mill district is less than 2 miles from each exit.
Additionally, the campus is just steps from an AMTRAK station offering commuter access via the Downeaster line between Portland and Boston. This highlights the growing concept of transport-oriented development, offering the potential for easy access into the city with no need for two 90 minute drives each day.
The campus sits on the Saco River with direct access to open ocean. Individual moorings in the river are offered for tenants and the Saco Yacht Club is just a half mile from the campus. With its proximity to the ocean, the campus is located just minutes from miles of pristine Maine beaches, and some of the most popular summer destinations in New England.
For those interested in winter sports, Pepperell Mill Campus is less than two hours from the Sunday River and Sugarloaf resort ski areas, and is local to hundreds of miles of cross country skiing and snowmobiling trails.
