Pepperell Mill Campus welcomes Maine D.O.C.

We are please to announce that construction is complete on the administrative offices for the State of Maine Department of Corrections. This is the end of a long process. Negotiations with the state commenced over two years ago. The result of this long process is long term occupancy of 6,000 square feet of brand new offices. More importantly, some 30 new full time jobs have been relocated to downtown Biddeford! We welcome the State of Maine to their new home in Biddeford.
